The location is right on the beach and we could see the beach and ocean from our room. The beach club is steps away from the rooms. The staff were great, especially at the beach club. It’s also only a 10 minute walk to all the all the restaurants one direction and Punta Cocos beach the other direction. It’s also a great value for the price!

Proximity to restaurants, espresso spots on property beverages & food. The pools were clean and refreshing and the Caribbean Sea was adequate.

We were unable to use the upstairs venue as there were way too many stairs. Disappointing!

The place was ok, but I don’t think it stands up to its promises. Everything was just fine, no exciting elements. Staff was kind in both reception and restaurant.
