It was clean. The staff from the desk was very helpful. It is a modern hotel.
At the moment when we booked on Booking, it was said that breakfast is included. But when we arrived there, they told us that the kitchen is in renovation and that it is not true that we booked a room with breakfast... 😔
Even though they said that they have a refrigerator and a kettle in the room, the refrigerator wasn't working, there was no kettle in the room and no complementary sugar or coffee or tea. No complementary water also!!!
The complementary bathroom gel & cream were the ones left over from the guests before us, as they were half empty...
When we asked for water & coffee, even though all what was recounted above, they charged us for it!!!!!
We booked the most expensive room from the hotel, so, it was NORMAL to have all the Above in the room, and not to be charged for it!
We also were forced to carry our luggage by ourselves, as they don't have valet to do this job, even if they pretend to have 4 stars!
They came into the room to make the bed, but did not change the towels.
The table on the terrace was very dirty. I cleaned myself. And I left the towel and the disinfectant wet wipe especially on the terrace to be seen... It seems that this had the effect: they cleaned the chairs and the table after this!
So, it was not as they said and most of all did not seem like a 4 star hotel considering all of these!

Quick efficient check in.
Excellent, clean well appointed room.
Helpful staff, regarding information about local restaurants.
Nice touch, from the receptionist, who made me a coffee, after the bar had closed.
Very nice breakfast, friendly staff.
Nice chilled out late check out.

neat and clean, super fast fiber wifi (100/20 mbit in the room!), private parking, very attentive staff - especially the two ladies at reception and breakfast, considerate, polite and always happy to help - big compliment: breakfast lady has been really cautious not to cause any noise when collecting/cleaning cutlery and plates;
comfy bed and decent breakfast (coffee specialities or tea (black, green, herbal), juices (not freshly squeezed unfortunately), egg variations, cheese, ham, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh and dried fruits, yoghurt, nuts, variety of jams, hazelnut spread, honey, croissants and bread);
poor sound isolation towards hallway/neighbour and outside - even with closed windows; AC airflow directed towards bed, no AC remote, "greek" positioning of outlets (none in bathroom but 2+1 under the TV); no comfortable chair at least in standard room (see pic); no food past breakfast (and no restaurant closeby), no fitness/spa, no slippers or bathrobe, empty minibar (but most likely an option to order from the hotel bar);

There was a constant light sewage smell, room too small for a four star hotel., poor toilreties-no hair shampoo
