Pretty decent hotel for business travel. Just a short walk away from a stretch of bars and pubs (behind the hotel) so unlike some of the business hotels in Perth its actually a decent location. Room was a good size, and whilst its quite basic, had everything for the business traveler

The furniture, bedding, and décor were excellent, and the aircon ran flawlessly throughout my stay. The pillows were abundant and felt premium. The bathroom and amenities were spotless and genuinely impressive. Easily some of the best facilities I’ve come across, and I’d happily recommend it to others.
Lunch and dinner choices were quite limited, and the downstairs café didn’t present a very inviting atmosphere. The outsourced room service wasn’t ideal, and the absence of a swimming pool is worth noting.

Perfect location, right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the staff weren't particularly friendly or welcoming. They rarely made eye contact while speaking with us and seemed more focus on their computer screens than engaging with guests. It felt like they were simply going through the motions rather than providing a warm customer experience. I think there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service and making guests feel welcome.
