Great location. Staff were very accommodating and we were able to get early check in having arrived in Perth from an international flight
Only issue was Water pressure in showers. But minor problem.

Great value, modern, and could not ask for more.
It was so nice we extended our stay.
Well done to The Adnate Perth Art Series.
We booked through booking.com and it indicated it had free parking.
Not the case, but still worth staying here.

Great location in the middle of town. Lovely restaurant and pool area. Decor getting a bit tired, but still very nice. We had a room at the back and bars nearby had loud music until midnight which wasn’t ideal. Pool is much smaller than photos. Breakfast was excellent and staff were fabulous.

Not much. Location was central.
Total lack of service/normal courtesy at reception.
On both arrival and departure, staff watched as i struggled with my huge amount of luggage while trying to open hotel door- a couple all dressed up and about to hop in an uber actually came back to help me open the door which was v kind. Hotel staff just looked on - both times, no offer to help get luggage up to room either.
No greeting or basic acknowledgement at anytime when coming and going past front desk.
Absolutely nothing in minibar, not even water.
Room service offering v limited and very slow even though just ordered drinks for said empty mini bar.
Grim bathroom with no basicamenities.
Familiar with hotel group so was definitely not expecting luxury but despite having very average expectations I still found the stay very sub par from start to finish with the total lack of hospitality and service being the biggest downfall. Had that not been so appalling, i would probably have been less bothered by the other elements.
