the location was quiet and it was good to have rainwater, everything was nice and clean. The fresh warm bread was amazing !

The location was good but why bother with a TV when you can't get any stations - really disappointed with this. Also, we waited until 8:50 am for the "daily warm bread" but it didn't arrive before we had to leave, another disappointment as we had purchased more butter and vegemite to have this as our breakfast. While the location is "rustic" and we have had a lot of rain, some general gardening would certainly make the property a bit more attractive.
