Lovely clean modern room with view, friendly hospitable owners, great location, good amount of storage made small room workable, lounge and boot room great.

Expensive but falls creek is pricey.

Exceptional location and food,

Staff are very friendly and helpful! With two lovely doggies which the kids can't stop playing with them. Breakfast was exceptional and in a very high standard which totally exceed my expectation! The location is also excellent! It is very close (<100) to the main road's car park as well as the ski lift. Two ski hire shops and a very decent restaurant are all right next to the hotel too. Note: For ski learner, it is easier to access to the training area through the ski lift in "home base" and which is about 4-500m from the hotel (so it is not a drama).

Friendly atmosphere and comfortable environment

so amazingly friendly and helpful. in tough COVID times they were ready to go a step above to help.

rooms were quite small, bathroom was only big enough to shower and stand up to dry

Would definitely recommend Diana Lodge for anyone going to Falls Creek.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Cozy common areas and great hot breakfast with changing daily specials.

Excellent location and staff

Great location, close to everything, and very patient and friendly staff there!!

The bathroom is a bit small.

A better than expected stay due to the considerateness and efforts of Lisa (owner/manager).

Everything was just right. We like peace and quiet, cleanliness and a really comfortable bed all of which we had. We dined in with the owner/manager cooking us a lovely vegetarian meal and providing a really good breakfast in the morning.

The squeaky floor.

Great spot to stay and good value.

Warm welcome awaits with very comfortable accommodation and delicious food. Easy access. Close to town. Good bike storage facilities and drying room.

Went to Diana Alpine Lodge because of the favourable reviews; they were 100% accurate! A very friendly staff, excellent food and central location made our stay there exceptional.
