The room was clean and facilities were lovely, pool and jacuzzi both clean. The staff were all very kind, even the staff members who we didn’t interact with much were very kind to us. Everyone greets you with a smile and they were very happy to help us with any request. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for somewhere where you feel at home. We ate at the restaurant one of the rainy evenings which was really lovely and the food was great. The prices were very good. We are very pleased with this stay.

Service in the bar a little slow and they tried to charge us for someone else’s drinks.

Location was great and easy to get to and close to everything we needed to go to.
The aircons were not working and so the rooms got very hot and stuffy in the evening making it hard to sleep. The door stopped working with the key card and we had to use the only spare key available which complicated the situation where the room was not able to be cleaned.
