La atención del señor Emel y la sra Olga, siempre atentos y dispuestos para cualquier cosa, son muy amables y cordiales. Desde la llegada a la isla estuvieron pendientes de todo, nos ayudaron con tours y alquiler de mulita. El lugar es bastante tranquilo, ambiente familiar, con decoraciones alusivas a la isla que a los niños les va a gustar. Es muy central, a pocas cuadras de la playa principal y de la zona comercial, restaurantes y supermercados. Recomendado 100%

It’s 10min away from the beach, the staff is super nice and welcoming
The apartment was too small for 4 people, we got the worst because it had two more with better conditions and space, bigger fridge, better bathroom.
The one we got was super small toilet, the door was making noise, the kitchen was super low ceiling, the cups were plastic, everything is super old or kind of dirty or hot well cleaned.
The area is super loud as well with the neighbours making too much noise all night.
And they don’t refill the toilet paper, that’s insane.
We got 5 nights for 4 people and they don’t refill toilet paper. Gladly the receptionist was really kind and gave me when I asked.
