Very good

Fantastic location directly across from Hasela Beach, near grocery and restaurants. Free parking. Clean, small hotel room. Lovely staff, 24 hour front desk.

No balcony.

The staff and management are awful, we didn't like the hotel, and couldn't get money back

The staff and management are awful, we didn't like the hotel, it's looks much worst comparing to the pictures. we didn't want to check it, and pay only for 1st night, common practice in such cases but they refused to refund anything. I'll fill out the complain

the reception was a nice lady but the hotel is not to be recommended

nothing absolutely nothing

the price where too much for what we get there was a shower 🚿 head but no place to make shower. the mattress was so uneven the price was like a hellton nighty price the room were was so small and uncomfortable plus the noise from the street. was unbearable

Was a great location. We were really happy with the staff and owner of hotel. They were very friendly and helpful. Hotel with nice sea view. One minute wAlk to the beach.

The only bad thing was that by check out the receptioniste made a strange arrangement so that the taxi charged us about 150euro to the airport, pretending its sa at. That wasn't nice since other drivers told us that a taxi to airport should be maximum 50euro.

as a world Traveller i just say no! to this place.

Horrible trashy and not clean Place! I Travel a lot but this is just better than sleeping on the Street.

trashy Hotel. Dirty. no Room cleaning in two days. Everything is just so aweful trashy. don’t Even think about it!

Impression of poverty,

The furniture is very old and beaten, towels and bed linen are over washed and look dirty. Very uncomfortable pillows. Sinks and showers with traces of mold. Desperate need a good maintenance daily

It was advertised that there is free parking. But unfortunately that is not true, there is parking on the street but you have to pay between 8:00-22:00

Be avare of possible fraud

Good breakfast

The hotel actually fraudulently tricked me into paying three times for one night. At the same time I communicated with the booking.com service for a month, they tried very hard to help me, but the hotel took an evasive position and avoided explanations. The bottom line: I booked two nights, could not check in on the first day, which I notified the hotel via the booking. The hotel cancelled the reservation for BOTH days, charging me for BOTH days. When I called and told them I was going to come back for the second day, they promised me a refund, but I would have to pay for it again (and they would make me a refund). I arrived, paid for the same night a second time, then with gloating in her voice, the woman from the hotel call center told me that she was not going to refund anything. The girl at the reception told me that she was surprised that it is not fair, but can not do anything. That is what her bosses decided. Another funny thing they wanted me to pay 450 ILS by cash instead of 310 ILS I paid by booking for the second night. There will be a police report for fraud.
