The host is very nice and approachable to talk to.Communication on WhatsApp is very good with her and quick in reply.She speaks English and helps with directions and suggests places one should visit.The room was a good size and had a window looking to the main road.The home is very welcoming and it's very quiet and all in order.I would go again if i ever go to Ravenna.
Well,I already discussed what I did not like with the host.The fact that I had to climb up two storeys with two suitcases was a drawback.The other issue was that there is no AC.It was extremely hot and the ceiling fan was not strong enough.The lady informed me that I could have asked for a stand fan.Hopefully,I will ask for one next time.Otherwise it was nice that I met this lovely lady as my host.God Bless her.

Walking distance from town. Clean.
Please welcome your customers rather than treat them like a nuisance to put up with; extreme inflexibility relating to a minor arrival time change due to train delays. Exhausting rules pasted in all possible locations. Train station location noise because lacking a/c open windows. Beds are too short. Spiral staircase is a challenge.
