Die Lage nahe der Einfahrtsstraße ist grundsätzlich nicht schlecht, jedoch der Verkehrslärm ist unerträglich.

Die Heizung war extrem hoch gedreht und konnte nicht abgeschaltet werden. Das Öffnen der Fenster wegen des Lärms nicht möglich.

Ho trovato quello che cercavo.

Lo staff alla reception molto gentile e competente. La colazione divisa in dolce e saluto l'ho trovata molto piacevole e ricca di prodotti dolci. molto buoni i würstel.

purtroppo la mia stanza era molto vicina all'ascensore e un pochino di rumore lo abbiamo sentito dagli utenti che chiacchieravano in attesa.

Next day we were leaving for a cruise so I asked the receptionist how she was getting on with booking a taxi - she said

The property itself was fine but I clearly got the feeling on arrival that I was being manipulated by the location - the female receptionist advised that we could not get a taxi booked as you need to give 24 hours notice but she would try in the morning

We were going on a cruise and the location was at the other end of town

Excellent Value for Money

Very efficient check-in / check-out. Friendly & helpful staff. Good, abundant breakfast. Comfortable bed and good room facilities. Very good value for money.

Nothing not to like. The only thing that people need to be aware of, is that the hotel is sited around 3 kms from Ravenna city centre - a 30 minute walk, short car drive or 10 min bus ride

Beautiful accommodations, would stay again!

Access to meals, drinks and snacks all day. nice sized room, with a comfortable bed. A few nice walking paths. Friendly and helpful staff who worked hard to communicate with us as we speak English and not Italian.

Location seems like a business center, otherwise you have to walk, bus, or taxi, to get to city center. It isn't bad except it can get confusing for people traveling from outside the country.

Disappointed

it was more bare-bones than I expected. It was off the map. It was near the freeway not near the town center. No restaurants around, but there were frozen meals that could be microwaved in the vending machine. Completely not what I was expecting. We had to ask for another blanket and pillow. the sink space was very small. It would’ve been nice to have a few more furnishings. And nice furnishings. The drapes had holes in them -still completely serviceable -but holes in them that let the daylight in. but there were no bugs, and the elevator worked.

Bed is comfortable. Towels are enough.

Room is cold. I didnt understand does air conditioner work or not? Never helped to heat the room and it was very noisy, the problem is heating.

Great location, 5 minutes by car from the city centre and also from the highway. We got good tips from Maria, and thanks a lot to her for that. Good breakfast. I can really recommend the hotel for a stay in Ravenna.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Good size of room and bathroom. Hotel just off motorway so popular for overnight stay. Although 1.5 miles from city centre there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Very little in the way of cupboard space but as this is more for overnight stays is perfectly acceptable. As we are returning next week it has not put us off.

Big parking lot, nice breakfast, easy check-in and friendly staff.

Beds were way too soft, my bank hurt pretty badly. Only one duvet isn't ideal.

Very good

The bed was very comfortable and the room had a smart TV. It’s great for those who travel by car as there’s plenty of car parking space but it’s a bit of a walk from the centre otherwise (bus number 8 hours from a stop located about 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel). The staff were very friendly and helped us with taxi bookings.

The breakfast was decent enough but not particulary great quality. Not adequate light in the room and bathroom making it hard to shave/do your make up.
