Très propre , très bien situé devant une place sur laquelle donne un café pour prendre son petit déjeuner et un bon restaurant san parler d’un excellent marchand de glaces . Il y a un parking payant ( 10 euros /24 h ) très proche car pas de garage . Carlo le propriétaire et très sympathique et réactif à moindre demande

Carlo est un super hote ! Il se montre très aimable, disponible et serviable.
La location est très propre, spacieuse, dans un appartement impeccable, avec une cuisine commune et un frigo très pratiques.
La localisation est parfaite. A 2 pas de la zone piétonne, sur une place avec un café, un glacier et une laverie. Pour la visite de la ville et les restaurants le soir, tout peut se faire à pied.
Il y a des places en zone bleue (payante) dans la rue ou la possibilité de louer un parking. Ce quartier est facilement accessible en voiture.
Nous y avons passé 10 jours et tout était parfait !

Sono stata in questo b&b per motivi lavorativi. Graziosissima struttura che si affaccia su una bellissima piazza al centro di Cagliari. Sottolineo la gentilezza del responsabile, l'estrema pulizia della stanza e, non ultima, la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio privato (molto importante perché ci si trova in una zona centrale). Grazie di tutto, Carlo. Se dovessi tornare a Cagliari, sicuramente sceglierei nuovamente il tuo confortevole affittacamere!!!
