Each room had a ready made breakfast set full of food and coffee capsules, the host went way above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The kitchen is also well stocked with food that is available for consumption. There is even an appliance to steam eggs however you want, and a dolce gusto coffee machine.
Streetside parking was also readily available which is a huge plus in Cagliari
Security of the building was also good

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient parfaites, bien agencées, propre, assez confortables même si les lits simples sont plutôt étroits. La communication avec notre hôte a été très agréable. Elle a pris le temps de tout expliquer et de donner des conseils sur mes environs. La situation est un peu éloignée du centre historique mais les lignes de bus sont à 100m du B&B.
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré avec des fruits moins abîmés ( les bananes et les abricots n'aiment pas le frigo) et des pains/croissants frais seraient appréciés.

The location was great, we managed to find free parking right in front of the building every day. The room was spacious and clean, including a big bathroom. Breakfast was in sweet Italian style and everything was laid out for us to enjoy at any time we felt like snacking. Although the property is a shared apartment, we didn't hear any noise emanating from the other rooms.
Maybe, if more savoury options were offered for breakfast? But other than that, everything was exceptional.

This property was completely clean. I literally could not have cleaned it any better myself. Spotless. The hostess went past her duty and care for me and my family. We got in late from London and she pulled out every stop to help us. I felt I was visiting my aunt in Italy not paid accommodation. The breakfast was set out perfectly and she arranged everything to help make it easy for us. It’s the personal touch that you would not receive even in a 7 star hotel in Dubai.
There was noting that I didn’t like about the property. It was clean breakfast was amazing. There is a great pizzeria just under the building that does amazing pizzas and really cheap. You’re close to amenities.
