I love how spacious, clean, beautiful the room is! The water heater, air conditioning works perfectly well. I ordered thai basil chicken- room service, the food is delicious!! hospitality was great as well, and omg they’ll give you a welcome drink!

Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the hotel itself was beautiful.
There was a problem with the water pipes causing the sink to clog up and the pipes to leak and the water in the shower was sometimes too cold.

Nice pool area and comfy beds
Hotel policy regarding early arrivals is terrible. With check in being 3pm, many travelers arrive early. We arrived at 10am and were told that our room was ready. Then they told us that we could have the room for a fee of 500 baht ($15) per hour! Consequently, we placed our luggage in a closet and walked down the street where the two of us had a three-hour massages for 600 baht total per hour instead of paying the ransom money to a hotel that cared nothing for its weary guests. We stayed three days and gave all of our business to other hotels and restaurants. Imagine spending $185/ night and being told you would have to pay another $75 for an early arrival. A terrible policy that many guests endured. It was a common sight to see guests complaining about this completely unnecessary extortion.
