The facilities were clean.

Beautiful golf course - course was in immaculate condition - played 4 rounds
Service at golf course were poor - staff in proshop was unfriendly and did not really wanted to help you
Only one place to pickup and change towels. This is a massive resort and it is very inconvenient to walk up and down to change towels.
Pricing on the resort for small items like allergy tablets or headache tablets is very pricey. A complete rip off

Gostamos muito dos atendentes da recepção Mariana e de um outro rapaz muito simpático (eu me esqueci do nome), fazendo, inclusive, o troco com muita agilidade. Os condutores dos carros, quase todos, também eram muito simpáticos. Gostei também de existir uma igreja dentro do complexo.
Odiei ser pressionada pelos responsáveis pelo programa de fidelidade a adquirir um pacote. Perdemos uma manhã inteira com essa importunação e ainda ficamos com a sensação ruim o restante da estada com a reação à nossa negativa. O atendente Said mentiu para nós dizendo que seria um passeio por todas as instalações do complexo hoteleiro, mas era para essa negociação! Ademais, os horários dos shows não se compatibilizavam com os das refeições. Poderiam aproveitar, por exemplo, o modelo adotado pelo Meliá Caribe Beach Resort, de Punta Cana, ou pelo Club Med, do Brasil.
