It's very Kids Friendly, so if you're looking for camp from 9am to 9pm, or special places for the kids this is a good choice.
The bedrooms and beds were too small for families to accommodate. What they call a queen bed is in fact a full bed, and a room for three has only two full beds.
The restaurants were quite disappointing; they even listed items on the menu that weren't available. The only acceptable option was the main buffet, and we even got food poisoning, and they didn't help with doctors, even though I was pregnant.
They had us for 5 hours the first day, trying to sell us something similar to timeshares. We tried to leave several times, but they wouldn't let us; instead, they requested "just a bit more of your time." We had the feeling of losing our family time.
Overall, not the best experience, and will probably not go back or recommend
