Mostly everything. Comfort, clean property, superbly situated, with friendly personnel. Communication could have worked out better. Instructions on how to get to the place weren't easy to follow, but we got a clearer information with a phone call.

The best location possible in the old town!
Private terrace was overlooked from 'waist up' from public terrace so could do with the frosting on glass up most of the glass wall not just bottom half

The beds were low to the ground and the mattresses were uncomfortable.
The first 2 nights the air conditioning did not work and it was hot and uncomfortable. The owner tried to fix it but couldn’t. They said they would credit those first two evenings, but later credited the last two evenings which was half the value of the first two nights.
