The property is fully equipped and features two exterior bedrooms with balconies and traditional Cádiz-style bay windows, a cosy living room, a kitchen with balcony, and two full bathrooms.
It includes WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
A baby cot and high chair are available upon request, as well as pet bowls and a pet bed.
For an even more special experience, we offer complimentary paddle surf equipment during your stay (subject to availability).

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to fill out and sign an accommodation document in accordance with regulations.
Deposit:
You will have to make a deposit of 300€ by credit/debit card as a deposit, which will be returned to you within a maximum period of 72 hours after your departure.
