There are no issues with service, staff, hospitality and kindness. However the room noise from AC unit a disgrace, because it is admittedly known by the hotel.
The only problem, for which the reception graciously acknowledged after the fact, was the continual intermittent vibration noise of the AC unit 24 hrs per day every 20 min. One pays for sleep, and when that is interrupted by a vibration every 20min, the AC unit should be fixed or changed. Apparently this occurs in all rooms. If I had know this hidden vice prior to my reservation, I would not have stayed as a guest, despite all the other services and staff being impeccable.

Excellent location with restaurants, cafés, and the metro all nearby. It was very easy to get around Paris and reach the main tourist attractions. We were also very grateful for the room upgrade, especially since we were traveling with our baby. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and the breakfast was great!
The only minor inconvenience was that the elevator wasn’t working during our stay due to renovation work on some floors. Other than that, everything was fine.

The lift broke down, was still not repaired following day, not much fun for guests on fourth and fifth floors with luggage !
