We had a great stay at Glen View. The detached house sits nicely within a patch of trees with a garden and patio. The rooms have a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms are nicely done, spacious and with very good water pressure. The kitchen is well equiped. There are many nice touches that make the house feel warm and homely.
The best thing about the property, though, was its cleanliness! I am fussy, but my standards were met throughout.

Was left a hamper of goodies including a bottle of wine. When they found out it was my birthday they sent over a bottle of Prosecco too which was super kind. They were super helpful and friendly.
The only thing I would say is that it is quite remote and the village doesn’t have a shop or pub. The nearest place is Drumnadrochit for this which is a five minute car ride so not really a walk away. Otherwise perfect.

Stay in this property was a pure pleasure - it is very high quality stay for good money, you can’t go wrong with this!
Hosts are fantastic and of massive help if needed, great and warm people! And basket with treats was such a lovely touch, thank you!
Being able to bring our big dogs with us was a dealbreaker - a lot of places allow two dogs, if they small, which is not fair but that’s debate for different times.
Property was clean, warm, very spacious and with very home like feeling, a true home away from home.
Area is remote and very beautiful and calm, with good connection to Inverness.
Thank you a lot for allowing us to be there! And hopefully see you soon :)
If you have a dog that runs away you might want to watch closely because property is not fully fenced. For us it wasn’t too problematic as one of our dogs just constantly stayed in long line, but I understand it could be potentially problematic for someone.

warm, comfortable lounge
excellent kitchen. bathroom very clean
loved the shower / wet room
Downstairs bed is a little small and the memory foam mattress is too soft for my liking.
A later checkout than 9.00am would be welcome
