Clean, spacious, quiet and beautiful view.
We arrived an hour early and the owner was happily checked us in.

We will recommend this place.
Only one bathroom for a five bedroom house.
Six of us stayed but we managed some of us shower at night and the others in the morning.

There were a lot of flies in the living room.
The location, while peaceful and scenic, was isolated and it was necessary to drive quite long distances to get to places of interest eg Abersoch, Criccieth, Portmadog etc
The Aga assured plenty of hot water but in hot summer weather resulted in the house being a bit too warm.
For a maximum number of guests, only one bathroom, plus another toilet, is slightly inadequate.

The accommodation was clean , it had beautiful country views and a quiet get away location as quiet off the beaten track with nice walks around it and not far from the sea . Facilities were good with 2 fridges, freezers and dishwasher and good sized oven with sleeping for 8 comfortably. Nice dining area for 8 . Very nicely furnished bedrooms. Plenty of parking space . Good value for money
The downstairs lounge is small and can only really accommodate 4 people comfortably plus a window seat . Bathroom facilities with only 1 shower / bath for 8 people is not ideal and also located downstairs through the kitchen. There is one toilet room upstairs too.
No sea view. Also as it is on a working farm and adjacent to the fields with animals , be prepared for quite a few flies being around in the house.
