The property was the perfect setting for our girls weekend in Staithes! Very well located at the bottom of the hill, next to a pub, and a minute walk to the beach. The cottage also comes with a free parking spot at the top of the hill which is a major bonus and worked really well for us! The beds and sofas are very comfortable and the extensive dvd collection was a highlight for the whole group, we will definitely be back 🤩

It’s a fantastic location, friendly and welcoming. The cottage is very well equipped and homely. The owner provided great information not only about the cottage and Staithes itself, places to eat and visit.
There is nothing that could be done any better. I didn’t like having to leave!

Loved the location, the communication from the owners and the lovely history of the building.
The stairs into the top floor are more like an altered ladder. It wasn't an issue to us but best to know before you go. Loved the oar for a handrail though!

location very good.
1. The access to second bedroom was by very narrow steep stairs/steps with low ceiling. Felt unsafe to carry suitcase up whilst using them.
2. There is a steeply sloping downward floor access to kitchen from the living room. It is a dark area with no light.
