Great, basic accommodation option in a unique location. Looks a little bit tired but fine for the price and the share kitchen is a great idea. Thursday bbq was fabulous.
Not much room by the time you put a single and double bed in the room . Only one PowerPoint (with USB charger) for the room but all fine for a couple of nights.

The location is really special. No comparison. The people were great. We loved the Ridgetop tour with Irving, one of the best drives of my life!
We arrived after dark. It was REALLY difficult to find the house - I think it was called Fauna Lodge. We drove out three times before we found it. Better maps or signs, or some lighting would have been really helpful, or just a guide to take us out there. I realise everyone was busy and couldn't find the time to show us the place, but the last thing we needed after a really long drive was to have to spend more than an hour going back and forth in complete darkness down unfamiliar tracks to find the house. It may be clear enough in daytime but it certainly wasn't at night.
