Le gérant de l'hôtel est toujours très accueillant et on ne peut plus serviable. La situation géo est idéale pour mon travail et la proximité avec l'Estaque et plan de campagne permet de se restaurer facilement. Les chambres sont celles d'un B&B.
Une légère odeur de tabac persiste et les chambres sont spartiates mais propres. Le confort reste celui d'un B&B donc lorsque les tarifs évoluent cela peut sembler quelques fois en décalage avec le niveau de prestation.

B&B dentro un’area protetta con cancello che si chiude la notte e custode Arcangelo della macchina davanti il B&B. Camera accogliente.
Nella zona oltre un centro commerciale, non c’è un granché, bisogna quindi per forza spostarsi in macchina perché è un po’ distante dal centro

It was close to the event I was taking place.
I did not hear the neighbours.
The receptionist was friendly.
I paid per night 20 euros over what it is worth (I checked with my friends who booked independently from me)
The location is a restaurant/café desert
Not for tourists unless you get a room cheap and have a car.
