We had a wonderful stay.

The host was very nice and understanding. The place was clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay.

Lovely apartment to visit Amalfi

The apartment was very comfortable, the aircon was lovely and it was well equipped. It was conveniently located and close to the promenade, restaurants and the bus route / stops to Amalfi coast. It is within walking distance to the train / bus station to/from Naples.

Not clean, poor host

Air conditioner was not working when we arrived and told the host on arrival. They advised it would start working once it was on. It still didn't work and we msged the host. They then blamed us for the broken air con saying we didn't know how to use it and made us wait around for a technician for half a day- a waste of time when we are on holiday. The air con filter had never been cleaned and was black and dusty- was horrible health concern.

Casa Vacanze Velia ist eine schöne kleine und gut ausgestattet Wohnung im Herzen von Salerno. Wir wurden beim Check In von der Besitzerin herzlich begrüßt und sie hat uns über alles vor Ort informiert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat eine Klimaanlage und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man vor Ort benötigt.

Die Klimaanlage war im Wohnzimmer leider nicht so stark wie im Schlafzimmer, allen im allen hat sie aber die Wohnung gekühlt.

El apartamento estaba bien pero no era muy cómodo; buena ubicación, bastantes utensilios. La comunicación con el dueño no fue nada bien, llegamos y no pudimos entrar en el aparatamento hasta horas después; no fue flexible en algún aspecto. No hubo ningún tipo de comunicación.
