Th Apartment is situated in a good location right by the main strip and is 1 bus stop away from the ferry. Having the elevator was a bonus and the rooms were spacious.
I It's disappointing to see other reviews have flagged the same issue, you'd think that would prompt more pride in how the property is run. The air conditioning in both rooms had limited functionality and sounded like a storm surge when running. It would only run in 30-minute intervals before needing to be manually restarted, and couldn't be set below 24 degrees. While running, it cycled loudly on and off, swoosh, stop, swoosh, stop, making it hard to ignore and impossible to sleep. Water pressure in the main shower was also next to nothing. For the price we paid next time we will book a better place 1 further stop away for a fraction of the price. We messaged the owner about the aircon issue the first night and got no response so looks like this is a normal occurrence for them.

The location was great, close to restaurants, shops, private parking. 10 min walk to look over the ocean with a beautiful wide boardwalk. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms and a good kitchen. Also had washing machine which was great for a longer stay. Secure building.
No tea towel to dry up with no dishwashing liquid to do washing up. Couldn't use kettle as it was peeling inside. Be aware one of the bathrooms has a step after entering and can catch you out of not careful.

Posizione centrale e camere da letto ampie. Facile da raggiungere e ottima la soluzione per l’ingresso in casa.
I prodotti da bagno erano assenti, nei bagni solo un rotolo di carta igienica ed era già quasi finito quando siamo arrivati. In cucina c’erano solo tre bicchieri (e noi eravamo in 4)

No hubo el desayuno, ubicación buena
Fuimos dos parejas y teníamos un juego de llaves, a pesar de que solicitamos otro juego, nunca nos dieron otro.
En l piso superior estaban realizando refacciones y por momentos el ruido era insoportable..
Los aire acondicionados de las habitaciones eran muy ruidosos y se apagaban a las 15 minutos de encenderlos...
