Don’t feel comfortable

For Single man looking for something, can stay there. very near Riverside.

Different from the photo and very old. Near those cheap bars with ladies, not suitable for couple or families to stay. Basically I did not dare to stay that night, I move to other hotel.

Good

Nice hotel with big rooms and clean bathrooms. Location is great if you can handle the noise from the clubs nearby.

Double pane windows to drown out the music from the bars, trash bags in the trash bins and a safe that actually works.

NIGHMARE.

NOTHING

this is probably the worst hotel I ever ever ever stayed in. the hotel is something totally else you see on the pictures. I arrived much earlier than expected and asked for a early check, they said I have to pay half day extra what is reasonable so I said ok. I arrive in the worst room ever. smells, so dirty, no wifi, the plugs don’t work, airco makes so much noise I can’t sleep. phone doesn’t work I try to call reception, I go out receptionist is sleeping. after I changed I told the staff about the room and they said they would check it. I come back in the evening and they said they made a mistake and gave me the wrong room (which I payed for) and they took my stuff out without asking me! to another room. I go to this ‘new’ room, it’s even worse. insects in my bed, dirty bathroom just go sleep on a bench outside, much cleaner than this hotel. I asked booking for help but still waiting for an answer.

Nice hotel just needs small improvements

location , comfy bed , good air con , room safe

cleaning and restocking could be better when i stayed at hotel in 2018 it was spotless and fully stocked . the room I stayed in this time was stocked with amenities and the air fan in bathroom was full of dust , one of glasses by sink looked like it was in need of cleaning and the bedroom sheet had a tear in it . Not a lot to sort out but good to nip these things in the bud .

Disappointing

Location and the bed.

They had done så the aircondition not work with full effekt så the room was 27 degress warm, with full cold on 16 degrees and full speed on the fan. We should Change room but it was exacly the same problem in 2 others room. Could not use the safety box. The cooler did not work and same with the phone. The owner must have order to do so. They will save energi. The aircondmachin was rather new.

Good

The location of Point Boutique Hotel is very good, close to the riverfront, the nightmarket, restaurants and bars. The bed is very comfortable and room itself is clean.

There are a few things letting the hotel down. The window blinds were broken, light switches were broken, some parts of the walls needed touching up with some paint. Overall though I was happy with my stay and would return again.

Cheap but little more attention would make it better.

The bed was actually comfy and the sky bar was nice.

Unfortunately the bedding wasn't clean and the water from the shower came out into bathroom and soaked any towel put down. We had a 2 night stay but left after 1 night because of this.

The bed was nice and comfortable. The flat screen TV was good. The room was relatively clean. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was very large. The roof top restaurant and bar was excellent. No insects at all in the room. Very good location if you like the nightlife.

The room is in need of painting. The shower did not get hot but was adequately warm. No hot water in the wash basin. Yelling and hollering throughout the night from the bars 7 floors down.(until 4 am) Towels were not always changed in the bathroom. WIFI off and on frequently.

Nice mid level hotel in the bar area

Good room and bathroom near all things you need. I got in late, slept and left early.

Stairs are very narrow.

location next to everything you need (restaurants, bars, convenience stores), friendly staff, nice rooftop bar

Be careful of the area (St. 130/136) near the hotel; I had my phone stolen outside TWICE.

Right in the party area

Central location and just close to the river. Excellent view from the top floors. Front Office staff were friendly and tried to help.

Hotel is quite worn down especially in the bathroom things don't really work and look like they have been patched together several times to make it halfway work. Cleanliness was very bad due to that I won't be back.

Great stay at Point Boutique

Another great stay at Point Boutique Hotel, the sky bar aka Juniper Gin Bar has great views over Phnom Penh, love the very comfortable beds. I have already booked for another stay in June.

Five nights in Point Boutique Hotel

The view from my tenth floor Deluxe room was awesome, loved sitting at the window watching the river. The room was clean and comfortable, bed was nice and soft. The hotel is very close to the nightlife, there is a rooftop bar with great views over Phnom Penh. The staff are friendly, did not have too much interaction with them though. I would definitely return to Point Boutique Hotel, hopefully in June.
