Great apartment, clean, cozy and comfortable.
The apartment was lovely and comfortable with great bedrooms. It was clean and tidy lots of towels and the wee slippers were a nice wee gesture. It was so handy to all the attractions we could walk to them all as we enjoy walking.
There is nothing that we could say we didn’t like to be honest.

Повече от очакваното!
The apartment exceeded our expectations! The facilities on offer and the location are ideal for a holiday in Rome. Absolutely everything you need - bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, cleanliness. The communication with Mr. Francesco - the offer to meet and send off with a taxi, a place to store the luggage / 5 euros - a suitcase / created convenience for us. The welcome from Ms Rosie was perfect. We were able to explore all the main tourist attractions on foot.
The proposed luggage storage is nearby and very convenient. But they have to treat things much more carefully. One of our suitcases was damaged-broken in one corner, which spoiled part of the last hours of our stay in Rome.

A Perfect Apartment in a Perfect Location!
Our family of 5 recently enjoyed a stay in this cozy apartment located in the heart of Rome. It was very clean and had all the necessary equipment you would need on a holiday like this! So many of the most famous piazzas and historical locations can be reached on foot. Campo Di Fiori is just around the corner. Great market place! Piazza Navona is a 5 minute walk across the street! The Colosseum is the furthest, but still within walking distance. Don't let location on a map discourage a walk. It's the best way to experience Rome! There's a bus stop just next to the apartment so we easily reached Termini Station for a day trip out of the city. We took dinners at home from dozens of restaurants along the side streets and you can find what you need at the market across from the apartment building. Bathroom was very spacious. The washer/dryer for a family like mine was a plus. Francesco was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions and emails. Can't say enough about this place! Highly recommend!!

You get what you pay for.
Location was fine.
Our experience here confirmed that you get what you pay for. This is a 2 to 3 star facility at best. The apartment felt a bit grubby, but that may have been partly due to the fact the colour choices were drab. However, the bedding, cushions and lounge all felt grubby . The lounge was worn and the cushions kept sliding off the structure. The kitchen table and chairs were like camping furniture and not very comfortable. One of the sheets had holes. We organised a change of linen as we stayed 11 nights. One of the sheets in the 2nd set had holes too. When I did change the sheets I found pubic hair [definitely not ours] on the mattress cover so I'm guessing that it hadn't been changed from the previous tenants! The towels in the first set of linen were paper thin. There was no doona cover. We did need to use the doona and heaven knows when it has last been cleaned. The water pressure in the shower was very low. I have short fine hair and struggled to wash the shampoo out properly. The supply of hot water is precarious. It's warm enough but adjusting the temperature is a precision operation. It would not be safe to leave a child under about 12 in the shower alone. You could not run another tap or the washing machine while using the shower. We tried to use the dryer. The drying cycle was over 3.5 hrs. We chose not to use it. We used the drying rack and clothes took about 36 hrs to dry.[ We did not wash anything heavy]. It might be quicker if the heating was on all the time. Francesco was very prompt in helping us with any issues, using WhatsApp. At the end of the day, the apartment is fairly basic but probably, for Rome, priced accordingly. It would be very very crowded if you slept 5 people as per bedding available.

Very good
Location to attractions great. Walking distance to most things...Apartment was lovely. Nice and big. Separate lounge good. Bus stop out the front. Supermarket over the road. Washing machine a bonus for me as we are travelling a long time.
If you left the windows open. There was a fair bit of street traffic. Ambulances and police go past with sirens. We are used to it as we live on main road. Once windows closed, was quiet.

Would highly recommend this apartment! Location is ideal!
The location of this property is amazing! you are in the heart of Rome and all the main tourist hot spots are within a 30minute walk - most are less than 15mins! Shops, restaurants all within walking distance. The flat was furnished well and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Rosie met us on arrival and made sure we were fully settled - they arranged pick and and drop off at the airport too which was all seamless.
Only thing I would say was the spare duvet cover for the lounge didn’t have a cover - that would have been a nice touch for the stay.
