The staff were amazing, professional, helpful, friendly. The room was great, beautiful, pleasant, comfortable, large. The location is perfect. The restaurant for the buffet was really good.
The room was not so clean, the rooms needs some care.

was very good the reception manager mr. Matthew Meng, support me a lot because laundry not available my credit card not possible to use it due by their bank problem.
Not possible to use credit card, no laundry available, the reception manager help me to was laundry outside required two days.
Chinese restaurant the last day a real disaster, slow service, 50% of menu not available, really not good to invite gust or customer.
