having Starbucks at their lobby
coffee at Starbucks much different taste compared to other Starbucks, also this Starbucks cannot accept cash transaction without notifying customer before ordering. The property should have bellboys to assist on luggages.

Very friendly staff!!! Always looking out for you! Convenient location. Close to the seashore. Very enjoyable route along the coast for an extended morning run.

The beach and surrounding area were nice. The hotel has a good swimming pool and hot tub, sauna.
Upon arrival, the stuff didn't speak English, we communicated in Chinese, but for that level of the hotel you would expect English speaking stuff. The room had many issues, safe which didn't close, window was broken, couldn't lock because the handle was broken, the bathroom drying wire was broken as well. So for at least 2 hours on the first day we spend calling stuff to fix it, however the window they can't fix it, so we stayed with the unlocked window for the rest of our stay. Also the room couldn't be changed as hotel was fully booked. No apology from the hotel either. The swimming pool locker room, was alway full of underwear hanging from shower handles, or inside sauna left for drying, and later some stuff would claim it. During our stay, breakfast buffet was always out of food and serving plates and cups. The stuff wasn't ready to serve big amounts of people, and were managing badly under pressure. the seats were always a problem, as there were no manager to arrange the sitting properly and left to guests to find empty tables. It was very sad experience. On the last day, during buffet dinner, the cleaning stuff was sneaking and drinking from people's left drinks, and saving left over food. To my expectation, the hotel didn't mean proper standards.
