Room amenities - 5/10 , for the residence room - no hairdryer , no bathrobe , desk essential entailed a post it and a natraj pencil. Weird lighting.Inconsistent room service- bathroom mat was forgotten 1/2 times.
Aesthetic and decor - 10/10
Special mention to Mr Manoj who was the only person whose service as guest welcome and informing guests about the history of the property stood out !
For a property on the Michelin guide and small luxury hotels of the world , they really need to buck up.Front desk staff has no idea about the history of the property, when asked how could I know more they were clueless.Also a certain female front desk person was very condescending and took time to understand what was on their own menu while ordering room service.
The main courtyard location not informed at check in at all, also the cleaning of the courtyard occurs from 9am to 12 pm the main time guest can comfortably experience it without the heat.
It’s off season in September and when they had more guests they were not able to efficiently handle breakfast service.
In my eyes it’s a 3.5/5 and has lots to catch up if it wants to live upto the top properties in the country.

Full marks for the aesthetics. Amazing staff especially Manoj Rana was kind enough to do some amazing photography for us. The vibe of the bar was chique in the evening. Absolutely worth of our money and this experience will be one of those that i will remember for sure!

Overpriced ( food item ) ( to specify I have order food for my pet , however the price was higher than my own meal for dinner . Secondly , the quality and the rate was so not justified. ) only request the management must look into it , for better quality of service.

Overall very good experience
All Staff is so nice. specially raghuveer (man on Pool side) & guard who made a nice reel for us. Thanks all the guys who made our birthday enjoyable.
