The ambience and hospitality both were superb. People longing for heritage architecture must spend at least a night here.
The terrace rooms are not accessible by lift but only stairs. People having climbing issues will have to climb up the stairs from the top floor to the terrace.

Truly beautiful property, the palace is really stunning and the view of the garden is extremely peaceful and really special. The staff was also very accommodating of our requests and send people to help any time we had issues.
It was all a bit rundown and dirty. The toilet had some stains, and the bathroom was not very clean, you could see there was hair in the corners. The other issue that I had is around how clean the bedsheets and the Pillowcases were. The ones that were already in the room were just a little bit dirty - I could see some spots. But the ones that they brought us when we asked for extra blankets were super dusty. I noticed outside of the room, on the terrace, some extra mattresses and towels were being kept. I can imagine the bedsheets were held in a similar way, which explains the “dirty” feeling.
