I loved this place: a beautiful peaceful country setting with abundant fruit trees and warm welcoming hosting from Nadine and Nathalie.
Some highlights: drinking tea by the pool in the evening watching the bats and stars come out; honesty box beer; floating in the pool in the morning surrounded by the trees; communal breakfast in the main house.

Really special place, we stayed here 1 night en route from south of France to the ferry at Caen. We had a lovely room downstairs which was huge and nice and cool as the farmhouse walls were so thick (very appreciated as there was a heatwave). Our en suite bathroom was really big and looked very recently fitted out. The owners were so kind and friendly, they took us on a tour in the morning before we departed and we saw the chateau and also met the cats, the chickens and the geese. We loved the private pool and had a swim to cool off before bed and also in the morning. Breakfast was lovely & we ate it outside on the table in the garden. Although I've stayed at many places through booking before, this was honestly one of the best ever!

Unfortunately, our breakfast was the disappointment!
The tea / coffee fine
The bread fine and cereals were on offer, jam honey etc was there too.
But….there was no cheese , no ham , no yogurt , no fruit , nothing a little different or exciting ,
It was a very basic bread , butter and jam really . We were disappointed.
As, above , the breakfast could have been a lot better.
We certainly expected more for the price we paid .
