We were up in the loft room, which was spacious and thankfully cool (we travelled when temperatures were in the high 20’s).
The shower room was great and quite new.
The breakfast was very good. À typical French selection of items and more than enough quantity.
We coped well as we were only there for a one night stay and had minimal luggage, but there is only an original spiral staircase up to the different floors and if you aren’t physically fit or have lots of large luggage, it would be a struggle.

Etienne was a great host and the house and grounds were exceptional
The bedroom we were in was a little small with minimal hanging space for clothes.

Accueil très sympathique. Maison de caractère bien située idéale pour un week-end sur les bords de Loire. Une belle découverte. Impression d'être en visite dans la famille à la campagne. Rapport qualité d'accueil/qualité d'hébergement/prix vraiment excellent.
La cafetière senseo mériterait d'être renouvelée.
