Large 1 bedroom apt with well equipped kitchen. Great bathroom with shower and washing machine. Small shared patio. Comfortable sofa and huge TV.
Staff were able to offer early check-in when I enquired about dropping off bags. Great communication.
Good location in quiet back street just off riviera.
Apt looked a little tired with musty smell. Don't think it had been used in a while.
Unfortunately the alleyway leading to the apt sometimes smelled of waste (possible plumbing issues), which meant using patio in the hot weather wasn't possible.
Got shouted at by neighbour for drying clothing in patio area.

Beautiful apartment within walking distance to everything you’d want to see or do when visiting split. Mateo and his partner were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we got to split. The ac was a life saver.

The location is exceptional and the rooms were very clean. A very quiet area but super close to everything.
The ‘kitchenette’ is not a kitchen at all. There is only a small counter and a bar fridge. There is no sink. You have to use the bathroom sink to get water.
