The room was very quiet, clean, and confortable, with the greatest bed. Location is close to main attractions and also bus station. Host was very clear in communication and available.

It was nice and tidy and well looked after. The room had great air conditioning and a fantastic new bathroom.
It was so incredibly loud. No noise proofing whatsoever. The people that live above the apartment were noisy and stomping around until at least midnight all of the nights we were there, and then up and moving around at 6am. And because it is a guest house, you could hear everything the other rooms were doing (including coming home at 4am after a night out and trying to cook food in the communal kitchen.) Lovely apartment but we didn’t get much sleep at all unfortunately.
