About this house rental
Nestled in Kanab, this lovely house for $195 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Bring your binoculars! House sits at the foot of red canyon wall. Our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can serve as your base camp for visiting 3 national parks or hiking on the 3 well marked local trails starting just blocks away from our home. For a change of pace, visit the local museum to learn more about Kanab's role in western movies and t.v. shows, or take a 10 minute walk to the local aquatic center and playgrounds. When it is time to "kick back", enjoy the neighborhood fitness center, indoor pool or outdoor pool, or just relax on our covered porch and soak in our amazing mountain view. Master bedroom has luxury king bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds (can be made up as king for small fee - just ask) for up to 6 guests. High speed WIFI provided. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Excellent property, well stocked, and perfect location. We had a great time visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon from Kanab. We had an issue with the entry door lock at check-in, but thankfully we were able to connect with the property manager even though it was close to 8pm who came by in 15 min and let us in. That door lock was replaced the next day. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need. The pool was never crowded, hiking trails right from the driveway, centrally located to many southern Utah and northern Arizona parks. Great place to stay.

This was the 2nd time I’ve stayed in Connie’s house. The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a great stay in/around Kanab. It is very well maintained, comes fully stocked with supplies, and has a backyard with great views of the red rock cliffs. We spent a lot of time on the backyard patio enjoying the view with our morning coffee or soaking in the starry sky at night. Connie was very easy to communicate with and she provided very clear instructions on how to access the house. I would highly recommend Connie’s home to anyone planning a visit to Kanab. We’ll definitely be back!

Wow!!! This house was one of the nicest properties we have rented thru VBRO. Kanab is a nice, clean and friendly town.
This property was in a quiet part of town. Beds very comfortable. Living space was nicely but simply decorated. Kitchen has plenty of cooking utilities, pans, plates and glasses. Extra bonus: nice sharp knifes. We prepared most our meals at the house. Grocery store had most of our needs. And The Kanab Meat Market had beef, pork, chicken and even salmon. We did go to Parry's, very near this house, for a big breakfast buffet a few times.
This house is great location to visited Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon North Rim National Parks. Plenty of others adventures in the area.

This vacation rental was amazing. The location was visually stunning and central to Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The house had everything you could possibly need including paper towels, toilet paper, a cooler and ice packs, dishes, shampoo, soap...I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of things that were provided. The bed and linens were super comfortable. Everything about this house and our trip was perfect. It felt like home. We can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay at Connie’s in Kanab. It was a beautiful home and perfectly located for all of our day trips to the national parks. We had lots of fun in Kanab, especially on the Fourth of July. Connie’s home was amazing and we would highly recommend it as a home base for your Utah adventures.

We went to the Grand Canyon south rim on our drive into Kanab. While in Kanab, we visited Zion, Bryce Canyon, Peekaboo Canyon, and the Great Chamber. There were so many great choices of things to do that we wish we had more time. Everything we did was fantastic though. The owner was great with communication and very clear on everything we needed to know. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we hope to have an opportunity to make it back to Kanab in the future. I highly recommend this place!

The house is located on the corner of a cul-de-sac in a residential area. It was very quiet. The house has everything you need and is completely accurate to the listing. We used Kanab as our 'basecamp' for visiting Peek a Boo Canyon, Horseshoe Bend/Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Dam, Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP. Plus the town of Kanab is charming with many great places to eat and some nice shopping. We would recommend this listing.

The house was perfect! The kitchen has great cookware and was well stocked. We cooked all of our meals in with the exception of one pickup order from Wild Thyme. We spent a lot of time on the patio and backyard. It's very quiet with a breath taking view. The neighborhood was really nice. There were great trails within walking distance. We flew into St. George and stopped into the liquor store there. They had a good selection of wine. The liquor store in Kanab has a better selection of wine than The Border Store in Arizona. It's best to get wine before arriving in Kanab if you appreciate good wine. The two grocery stores were fine, but if you want meat make sure to check out Kanab Custom Meats. They sell beef, chicken and fish. I think it is all frozen. They have great quality meats and could be easy to miss! They sell wholesale but also sell to the public.
It was a great vacation and would like to do it again! It's a great place for hiking and relaxing!

When we arrived it was just as we imagined set against a dramatic backdrop of towering red cliffs. When we entered the house it was nice and clean and spacious an had all the creature comforts we needed. The backyard offers guests a welcome splash of colors with the grass and plants contrasting the desert landscape. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed at this Kanab home. The kitchen is well-appointed. The rooms are spacious and easy to relax in. The second bedroom has a work area. The pool and hot tub were an added pleasure. Hiking is available everywhere, in town and out. It’s close to perfect!

Outstanding property! We immediatly felt at home in this gorgeous house with an amazing view on red cliffs behind the house. It was well stocked and all we needed was there. Also the location, Kanab, is perfect for visits to Zion, Bryce, North Rim and Lake Powell/Antelop Canyon.
