Clean with everything I needed.
Liked the help your self breakfast arrangement.
Basic accommodation, ok for one night. Unfortunately the room I was in had very very little natural light which felt claustrophobic despite being a reasonable size.

Property felt very homey and the kitchen where we had breakfast was bright and airy.
The room we stayed in was spacious and beds were comfy. Outside space was an added bonus and it was lovely and quiet. Tracey was so nice and welcoming too! We would definitely stay here again.
Was a bit of damp in the bathroom, which made the room smell a bit musty. But to be expected from an internal bathroom. Opened the patio door and was fine after letting some air in.

Good location for the event we were attending. Free parking with permit. Room was clean, shower good. Quiet from external noise point of view
Lots of movement noise from the room above. Kettle not easy to use. Breakfast fairly limited in options
