Butler service was beyond expectation. Nicole our butler met every request and proactively did more.
The little touches by housekeeping amd their promptness and attention to detail is inspiring.
Overwhelming conversation by wait staff at restaurants. It's ok to tone it down a little, we had to chat with many hosts during mealtime and it can get taxing.

A 5 star global
Brand in the Maldives . They should learn from
four seasons .
Would not deliver breakfast to room
As they don’t have enough staff .
Poor massage , they should learn what service means in dubai spas .
My wife cut her finger during canoe activity . They couldn’t find first aid box and no empathy afterwards . Poor reflection on management. The managers know very well .
