Hotel dans un superbe parc fleuri.Accès au parc aux oiseaux, location de vélos et balade en bargue inclus au prix de la chambre de type deluxe ou suite. Balade à ve jusqu'au point d observation des oiseaux. Approche a 1m lors de la balade en barque de préférence en fin de journée moment de retour des oiseaux à leur nids. Malgré la barrière de la langue très bon accueil par Mme Dinh Thi Duyên. Restaurant bien situé sur un bâtiment en pilotis sur le lac. Difficulté à commander car le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Bon rapport qualité-prix.
Attention les chambres avec vue montagne sont des chambres contre la roche de la falaise qui est à 30 cm de la fenêtre ! Solution trouvée à l aide de Mme Dihn Thi Duyên que nous remercions. Chambre 221 parfaite.

Nice room. Quiet and comfortable space. Resort is near scenic spots, convenient for travel. Friendly receptionist. If I have a chance, I'll visit again.

Good breakfast, room was well equipped with good essentials. Staff was very helpful. we enjoyed Birds park and Mermaid Cave for free.
Pool area was under construction and room was a bit tired.

The scenery was really nice
The service was poor. The food was terrible. It was like a ghost town. Half of the resort was shut down, including the pool. We did not know this when we booked our stay. It is too far out of town from Tam Coc.
I would suggest staying in Tam Coc and visiting the resort as the scenery is beautiful.
I would not stay there again

the reception staff Ms Huyen Moon was extremely helpful and friendly, we are very happy to have her support during our stay.
our suite room was excellent, big, comfortable and conveniently located within the resort.
the boat rides to the bird park and cave was great.
some caves were not accessible, it was a disappointment.
while the bicycles are basic and sufficient, they could have been better maintained

Beautiful place for a boat ride to see storks in the late afternoon returning to their nests in the Thung Nham Bird valley.

So exellent with a park for natural bird, and a quiet small beautiful cave. This is a "must visit" place in Ninh Binh

Very nice place :) come here from Sep to April you could see lots of birds coming back to their nest in late afternoon. Surrounding are moutain. You stay on the boat with green trees around and look at the birds and here them talking. That is so nice. They give us chance to havest starfruit and papaya free here. I like this place.

A quiet and nice environment for a relaxed walk. Very few people and there is more to explore than just birds. I would recommend to do the boat tour if you want want to see the birds up close. Still a few constructions sites and the 1000 year old tree is quite misleading since it is not more than a stump which was a bit underwhelming. All in all we found it worthwhile our limited time in Ninh Binh.

Coming here in the late afternoon (4:30 pm) to see the return of the birds was one of the highlights of my Vietnam trip. Don't miss the boat tour that takes you right to the birds. That boat ride was probably the best $50 I've ever spent ☺️
