Bird tour! 100% should go. The resort itself is really lovely and the reception staff were great. Especially the manger.
Do note the reserve operates more like a tourist park than a animial reserve we would imagine in other places. English is very limited.
Multiple (4) security checks points to get into the resprt, gaurds always stopping you and saying you can't enter, especially when park closed. You try explain you are staying there and the gaurds ignore you unless you call reception at each station. Not convenient. You are very far from things, which is the appeal, but restraunt not the best and limited services over all.

A lot of included activities like boat rides, caves and a stunning pool with amazing scenery
Electric cars can take you around just by messaging or jumping on one that was passing.
Staff also readily available on WhatsApp which was amazing.
A few cute cats wandering the park. I was happy to have brought some cat food along.
The air conditioner went off in our room at 11pm and it’s still hot summer
It woke us up so had to get maintenance out
They got it back on and by 1am it was off again and so was the back up fan
Because of this we had a terrible sleep and then didn’t even manage to wake up for the included breakfast
We had dinner at the restaurant but the dishes we wanted had run out due to a party there also
Couldn’t understand why we were also put in a room facing a wall when the hotel was virtually empty
I saw I had already paid more via booking.com than what their daily rates were and then still given a terrible room.
