Room was a good size, clean and with a balcony. Everything worked as expected. Continental breakfast was adequate, but not comprehensive.
The front door screen checking in system was quite frustrating with very slow software and not clear how to use.

Good for a one night stopover but would not stay longer. The parking was good and the bed was comfy, the shower was basic but had good pressure. The room was spacious and slept 4 which was great. Good location for Nice airport for onward travel.
Check-in was not simple and self service machine did not accept booking.com reference. Had to use the intercom several times to check-in out of hours. There was no kettle on the whole site and the vending machine didn't serve hot water either. The facilities are very basic and if you visit out of hours it's self service.
