Beautiful and stylish hotel with very atmospheric rooms and some genuinely unique touches. The Samsung AirDresser and air purifier in the room were fantastic, especially while travelling. I also really liked the juice bar, steam room and the small service touches when arriving at the hotel. Breakfast had a good mix of Asian and Western options, including made-to-order dishes. A special mention to Kosal at breakfast, who was incredibly attentive, remembered my name, regularly checked whether everything was okay and always made time for a little conversation. She really stood out and made the stay more personal.
English proficiency among the staff was quite inconsistent. At times, even relatively simple requests or modifications became frustratingly difficult to communicate, which I would expect to be better at a hotel in this price category. I also upgraded specifically for a room advertised with a jacuzzi and steam room. While the steam room was great, the “jacuzzi” was essentially a cold bath with relatively weak water jets and no temperature control, which I found misleading. To their credit, after some discussion the hotel did make an effort to compensate through other services. The breakfast pancakes and waffles were also extremely dry and did not taste fresh.

Baitong is in a great location for exploring Phnom Penh with some great locations a short tuk tuk ride away.
The hotel was like an oasis after exploring in the heat and business of the streets. The forest pool was a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy a cocktail.
Gym had enough equipment to get a good session in.
Staff even fixed us a beautiful packed breakfast for an early checkout.
Highly recommended.
Can't fault the Hotel and staff.
