a lovely team that looks after the guests and the location is amazing. very close to the metro as well.
i think the breakfast options can be improved gets predictable. also the juice options and cereals could be improved.

We had a room in P1 at the front of the parking area, and we tried to change or upgrade it with the staff, but they refused, stating the hotel was fully booked. Our friends, who have a US passport, got a room on the 14th floor without even asking the staff.
Also, we had a flight early morning on Sunday, 18th Jan. And the guest next door decided to make a party inside his room with many people till 4:00 AM, regardless of the other guests who wanted to sleep or get some rest.
The location, my room was 273
Room service was less than the expected from such a hotel and such amount of money.
