Juste une fois

Le personnel est très gentil. C’est tout.

Le petit déjeuner pour ma part c’est inadmissible. Si vous optez pour cet hôtel, levez vous à 6h30 pour être sûr de bénéficier de choix, sinon il n’y aura plus rien. Certains aliments ne sont pas remplacés, buffet vide … Dommage mais grand flop ! Le ménage dans la chambre et superficiel, il reste toujours des saletés dans la salle de bain et les lits ne sont pas changés quotidiennement, mon fils était malade et a vomit dans le lit, le lendemain les draps était les mêmes. J’ai dû faire une réclamation à la réception. Maintenant, j’étais dans l’hôtel pendant l’orage d’avril 2024, le personnel n’a rien fait pour la piscine pendant plus de 48h et je trouve cela dommage, car nous sommes client et nous venons en vacances ! Je ne conseille pas du tout cet hôtel, rapport qualité/prix. C’est peut être moins cher mais vous êtes réellement loin de tout, même de Dubaï Marina, et votre argent passera dans les transports en communs.

I think for a 4 star hotel, it is quite overrated.

The location is superb knowing JBR area is very near and having a mall beside is indeed an advantage giving us immediate needs to be answered. The gym as well is so good for a hotel. I love the pool side vibes makes me feel relaxed.

The breakfast is not that good for four star hotel. It should be great if more varieties to offer. The Pele restaurant's waiters and waitresses are not attentive to the customers. Been waiting for 30mins for order then only to find out it is not available. Another thing I didn't like the pool is small for the number of visitors.

Свежий, чистый, с удобными кроватями, идеально белой постелью, классными подушками отель. Ухоженный, вкусно пахнет. Классный завтрак - все основное есть. Большая уютная зона бассейна. Точно вернусь. На выходе из отеля транспортный узел - автобусы, в тч из Абу Даби, в аэропорт, метро, стоянка такси. Прекрасный щоппинг молл прям под отелем, там можно и перекусить при желании.

Excellent and enjoyable stay!

Very welcoming and polite staff on our check-in. Excellent location near the metro, bus, taxi, and next door to the huge, popular IBN Battuta Mall. The breakfast was fresh every day, good and there were many options to choose from (amazing coffee). The facility and room were of a good standard and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Daily cleaning was timely and great. My friend had a birthday when we were back afternoon in the room there was a piece of cake for her which was an amazing surprise that wasn't even requested or asked for it. Overall we had an excellent and enjoyable stay!

El desayuno bueno y variado aunque un poco caro

No tienen CONCIERGE por lo que se tienen que buscar los tours por fuera y cómo está un poco alejado no se encuentra tan facil la información.

Rooms are clean and kits are amazing

Reservation agents are rude not the staff who are there in the property - they dont like to work by the tone of their voice, like 0 customer service at all especially that Saima Tbaassum who I have spoken to via phone call

This is my first time I see something like this!!!

The location is nearby in Battuta Mall

👎🏻 Very bad experience 👎🏻👎🏻I do not recommend this hotel , very dirty , poor management, I face horrible situation warning !! health and chemical hazard 🚫☢️ they clean the room with very strong chemicals, I couldn’t stay more than 10 minutes in the room. I couldn’t breathe!!! several problems weren’t solved .. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Very bad service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I feel disgusted🤮 I have changed three rooms and gave them a second chance !! but every day new issues !! the Fridge does not work and all the food I bought was spoiled , they don’t have Maintenance team ! no one is taking any responsibility, Duty manager Mr. Bassem is unprofessional and should not be in any hospitality service or position .

Totally recommended, quiet, comfortable, clean and good location

The location is perfect if you're in transit or flying through Abu Dhabi Airport. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so you won't have to go far. Also, there's this Ibn Battuta Mall which is perfect and also there's a metro station near the hotel. So I loved the location, it's perfect for a short trip. They also offered me a free upgrade to the executive suite although I booked standard, so this was amazing. Thanks!

Perfect location for us, right next to a shopping mall and the train line. Our room was super comfortable and we loved the gym, pool and breakfast!

The room was a little small and there was little water pressure in the shower

Very good price. Rooms comfortable, good breakfast. Located near by Metro Ibn Battuta, red line. Large terrace with pool.
