Nestled in Tucson, this charming house for $99 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to Villa Blanca Pajaro, perfect for a relaxing vacation with immediate urban amenities, well situated only two blocks from the University of Arizona, within a mile of the University Medical Center, near the Gem Show venues, and close to anything in Central Tucson. This charming 1920's bungalow home is located in Sam Hughes, a National Historic Neighborhood, has been recently lovingly updated, is bright, spacious and very comfortable. This fully outfitted historic home has a complete kitchen with a gourmet stainless range, microwave, coffee maker, blender, all utensils and dishes. The dining room seats four, and boasts beautiful furnishings. All utilities are included; even cable television and high speed wi-fi internet! There is a 42 inch flat panel tv in the living room and a 32 inch Smart TV in the Master Bedroom, a HE washer/dryer, and a wonderfully charming vintage bathroom - complete with luxury linens. Villa Blanca sleeps two persons comfortably (up to four people) with a master bedroom that sleeps two (King size bed), and a half bedroom which sleeps up to two guests on a Twin Trundle Bed. With the gorgeous weather found in Tucson, the large rear patio can double as another living room, dining room and kitchen with comfortable patio furniture and a beautiful stainless grill. Local vegetation are perfect for enjoying the birds and butterflies while sipping your morning beverage. There is a single space in your vehicle in the 1920's adobe carriage house located just behind Villa Blanca Pajaro. Well Behaved Pets may be considered. Smoking never permitted. Villa Blanca welcomes you to Tucson!

This house was perfect for our trip to Tucson. Impeccably clean and artfully decorated- this adorable 1.5 bedroom home was conveniently located 2 blocks from University of Arizona. Erika provided a wonderful welcome gift basket for us and information about the local eateries, sights etc. The personal touches throughout the house made our journey to drop our oldest off at college an easy and enjoyable experience. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit our son. I highly recommend this gem of a home!

Well thought out charming space. Had everything we needed including nice touches like robes and extra towels. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Host has put a lot of effort into this home and it shows. We will be back.

Villa Blanca Pajaro had all the amenities of home including luxury towels, bedding and throws. It was a very comfortable stay in a great area within walking distance to campus, Flora’s Market, Borderlands Brew Pub and so much more. I will be back again.

Really enjoyed our stay, amenities and location for a college campus tour of UofA. The space is very comfortable and feels like home. Just a short walk to the University. I would totally stay here again should my son commit.

Excellent stay near the University
My wife and I had a very nice stay at this house. It is a short walk to the university. The kitchen is very well equipped. I'll note that the front of the house is located on a fairly major road but it was surprisingly quiet at night and since we spent our evenings in the backyard (which is very nice) we didn't hear any traffic at all. I'd love to return!

Visiting UofA
I took my son to visit UofA. This house was just off campus. Everything about the property was absolutely perfect. It was small but everything was so well appointed. I will definitely stay here on a regular basis if my son decides to go to UofA.

Super cute place
We had a warm welcome and perfect stay. This place was just big enough for my husband, daughter and I to enjoy The U of A Family Weekend with our WC. We were only a mile from campus. We found everything we needed In this cozy duplex. Even found eggs in fridge and a nice bottle of wine chocolates.

The Perfect Location
The well appointed Villa Blanca Pajaro is a great villa in the perfect location to move my daughter into UA. It is convenient to campus and also well situated to just about all things Tucson. Great dining and shopping options nearby with lots of fun places to explore. Erica, our host, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as she could make it, including following up to let us know we left a precious memento behind and arranging for us to retrieve it. I can't wait to return to Villa Blanca Pajaro in the very near future!

The bungalow is exactly as pictured. Our host was extremely communicative and made our stay easy and enjoyable. The property is convenient to everything we wanted and at the same time felt a little set aside thanks to the lovely sitting area out back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
