Certainly the best thing about this property is the host, Valentina. She’s super responsive and easy to communicate with, she went above and beyond in terms to ensuring clear communications and providing a range of recommendations for what to see/do in Naples. The location is very good for accessing Naples, with both the central train station (also airport bus) and a useful metro stop (Duomo) close by. After the first time entering/exiting, it’s a super easy property to access with a small but good functioning old school European lift (elevator).
The side/back streets around the immediate location can be a bit intimidating, you’re best to stay on Umberto (the main road to/from the centre) as much as possible and only turn in at one of the two local cafes nearby (Napoli or Carlino) depending on which direction you are coming from.

Very clean great communication from host
Noise from outside but i doubt there’ll be a quiet place in Naples shop vendors noisy from 6am

This place was spacious and comfortable, we only stayed for one night so the place was incredible comfortable , however the location at night is a little scary we were two girls, we were told as we asked for directions that the area was not so good, during the day it’s perfect it’s a completely different place.
The location- specifically at night since our flight arrived late, we were told by locals that this area is not very good it’s not a no go for tourists but it’s also not recommended, if you are an early sleeper this place is really good since the room was really comfortable and clean
