This property is more of an AirBNB than anything. It is conveniently located about a 8 minute walk from the Napoli Centrale train station. If arriving by air, there is a bus that brings you to Napoli Centrale and you can then walk to the unit. It is located on a busy road with many shops, restaurants and cafes very nearby. The owner (Nunzia) was very responsive and pleasant. We did two separate stays within the one trip and our second room was even better. Everything you need is available at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Napoli.

Perfect for a short trip. a 15 minute walk from the central train station, and a short 5 minute walk to a commercial local area. My room was in front of the avenue, so keep in mind that the noise goes through even with double glassing. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly.

We arrived in Naples by train and had to leave by plane, so we looked for accommodation near Naples Central Station.
Two days before check-in, the accommodation contacted us first, and we were able to easily fill in the necessary check-in information online. Not only that, but they also stayed in touch with us in real time while we were on our way to the accommodation, so we were able to arrive without getting lost and check in smoothly on the day of arrival.
The room was generally clean, and everything we needed was provided. In particular, considering the weather, we were relieved that the air conditioning, which was the most important thing, worked perfectly.
Housekeeping was provided frequently, but it was also possible to adjust the frequency depending on our needs.
Naples International Airport is about 15 minutes by car from the central station, so taking the Alibus is an option. However, the accommodation also offered a taxi service at check-out for an additional fee, which was very convenient in many ways.
People who are sensitive to noise while sleeping may be bothered by the sound of cars from the road, but those who are not too sensitive should be able to stay comfortably.
Overall, I recommend this accommodation.
