The room is located nearby Central Station, so it was very important reason at first place when I was looking to book a room. Ok the neiborhood is not the cleanest, we know the problem of Naboli, but I love Napoli especially the deffects :). Safe as always, no problem with the immigrants who are living around the station, and the Neapolitans are warm and very helpfull. Big plus the vicinity to L' antica pizzeria da Michele
The room was clean, big enough for two people, comfort, we entered easy with the help of Antonio, we left it with no problem. The common kitcen has everything for a short stay, Fridge especially which othe B&B dont have. Great plus
This is the testament of my son Ernesto and his friend Kyriakos who lived in the appartment, two youngsters of 19yo.

It is a completely new renovated 3 bedroom apartment, where you can rent one or more bedrooms. The entrance of the rooms opens from the very spacious kitchen, which is for use of all guests of the 3 bedrooms.
It was a very strong hypochlorite smell.

Excellent location and very friendly host. Room and other facilities were very clean, spotless.

Place is clean and cozy and we feel safe inside the b&b.
What i didn't like is that while we are preparing to get dress and my friends still on shower , the cleaning woman is in our room at 9:30 am, while check out time is 11am, she start taking off the sheets of the bed, starts cleaning while we are in room, did not give us any privacy...okay maybe they are in a hurry for the next guest to come, totally understable...but....we check out and went to our next destination..and next day i got a call from Antonio, accusing me..that i wrote a negative and bad reviews, , and telling me that he was nice and waited for us for late check in, which i paid extra for this, for waiting for us...i was on vacation and no time to give reviews by that time and accused me for things i did not do...
