- Very good location
- Clean and comfortable bedroom - simple but sufficient for a few nights in Naples
- The host was extremely kind, offering some welcome snacks and juice, letting us put our bags super early and checking in early, after the room was clean.

The location is convenient and the breakfast was okay. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The entrance and common areas were poorly maintained, and the bathroom and shower in our room were not sufficiently clean. The property is quite old, which is understandable, but the level of cleanliness and maintenance was below what we expected. The very positive reviews also gave us a different impression before booking.
