Very good option for staying in Naples, especially for shopping lovers, as the location is right on Corso Umberto. It is a bit farther from the Spanish Quarter, but still convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is located on the third floor, and thankfully there is an elevator.
The building feels more like a small apart-hotel with several compact apartments and a small lobby area. We really appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage safely after check-out and return for it later.
I also needed an iron, which was not originally in the apartment, and the owner kindly brought one the same day after I asked, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, for Naples, this is a very good option, and I would probably stay here again.
Breakfast was provided through vouchers for a nearby café, where we could have croissants and a drink each morning. It is fine for a short stay, but if you stay longer, the breakfast becomes repetitive very quickly and feels quite limited.

The room was large and there were two large double beds and a single bed so plenty of room. The shower had good pressure and the location was easy to find from Piazza Garibaldi. It was close to the a couple of nice bars and restaurants. the beds were pretty comfortable. There was a fridge but we didnt use it.
The TV was hanging dangerously from the wall and we kept nearly walking into it. The TV itself didnt work as the aerial kept coming out of the wall. The air con didnt work which was ok in April but imagine could be challenging in summer. The room was very noisy at night from the outside traffic. There was not sink in the communal area so the only water available was from the bathroom tap which was very cloudy. Breakfast was a croissant from a cafe up the road - their coffee machine was broken. Not the fault of the apartment owners but next time I wouldn't bother booking breakfast. There was also a very musty smell in the hallway which was a bit off putting.

Good location, warm shower, big bed, friendly host
A bit cold in the room (poor windows), bit messy bathroom, the breakfast was poor in the nearby cafebar.

This is a perfect location for activities near the Central Station.
The accessibility to the apartment is a little difficult due the building structure being old.
